Question: When I insert the disc, I see the menu screen, but when I click on the icons for video and audio clips they do not play.

What to do:
On your Windows taskbar, click Start
Click Run.
In the box, type mplayer2
Click OK.
Click on View.
Click on Options.
Click on the Formats tab.
On the list, check the box near Movie File (mpeg) and MP3 Audio File (MP3).
Click Apply.
Click OK.
